What does the setup fee cover? +

We do the hard work of understanding your business processes and translating them into reliable, production-ready AI automations. This includes discovery, workflow design, building, integration, testing, and team onboarding. You get working automations, not a login and documentation.

What does "bring your own API keys" mean? +

You provide your own API keys for AI providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. Your AI costs go directly to the provider — we don't mark them up. You control your own usage and spending.

What AI providers do you support? +

Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI (GPT), Google Gemini, Groq, Kimi, and Ollama for local models. For other services: web search, web scraping, image generation, text-to-speech, transcription, and more.

What can I automate? +

Anything that involves processing data, calling APIs, using AI, and delivering results. Common examples: document processing pipelines, content generation workflows, data extraction and transformation, automated reporting, AI-assisted decision workflows, scheduled notifications, and webhook-triggered processes.

Do I need technical skills to use the platform? +

No. We build the automations for you during setup. Your team interacts through a simple chat interface and monitors results through the dashboard. If you need changes, we're here to help.

What happens if I need new workflows after setup? +

What are the contract terms? +

How is payment handled? +
